Another night of riots in Stockholm. The unrest seems to be spreading and is now on it’s fifth day of burning cars and attacks on local police stations.
A collection of photos from the third night of riots in suburbs all over Stockholm. Almost ten cars i Jakobsberg were set on fire, and rioters attacked the local police station, while strategically blocking roads to prevent the cops from stopping them.
Meanwhile, the prime minister Fredrik Reinfeldt - and almost all of media and politicians - condemns the riots and tries to explain them with words such as “vandals” and “violence”, but refuse to talk about police violence, segregation and class politics.
A young man says: “They stopped me two hours ago and asked me if I had drugs on me. ‘You make me wanna riot’, I said to one of them”
